Pricing and Rental Details:

Race Week $8000/week

July & August $8000/week

Off-season $900-$1100/night (2 night minimum)

The house rents from Monday-Monday in July & August. Check in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.

We take a security/cleaning deposit of $1000 for weekly rentals, $500 for weekend rentals.  We arrange cleaning for the day you leave.

We can arrange daily or mid-week cleaning, recommend Linen Rentals or On Site Catering, for Weddings or Events, Lobster Bakes, just let us know your needs.

When you decide to rent the house we will send you a contract. As soon as we receive your contract and a deposit for half the amount, the house will be blocked out for your vacation!

Rent Includes all taxes and fees except for cleaning.  Cleaning is deducted from the security/housekeeping deposit.  The balance is sent back to you less any extra bills, services or damage charges within 1 month of check out.
