This house, formerly the Beck Farm, was built in the mid 1800’s. Many islanders have lived in this house at different times. Many infamous stories surround this house including some spooky ones. if you ask any islander, they will be sure to tell you something interesting about the house or property. Overview

Lynn’s Way is a vacation rental house on Block Island, Rhode Island. It includes 10 bedrooms and sleeps up to 20 people comfortably.

This house is perfect for family reunions, weddings or other functions. There are 2 acres of grounds that includes access to Sands Pond. (great for canoe or kayak).

Race Week $8500/week (race week is the third week in June. Sat-Sat)

July & August $8500/week (House rents Monday-Monday)

Off-season $900-$1100/night (2 night minimum)

House Layout House Blueprint & Bed Configuration

First Floor: Comfortable living room, dining room with ample seating, Gourmet kitchen andpPantry, two large refrigerators, 2 diswashers, plenty of work space, laundry nook, half bathroom and a two room suite that sleeps up to 4. Outdoor shower very convenient.

Second Floor: Two suites with private baths, 3 additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, sitting area with a door out to the veranda, this floor sleeps up to 10.

Third Floor: 3 cozy rooms with beautiful breezes and distant views. Sleeps up to 6.

Bedding includes 2 King, 4 Queen (2 are Lazy Boy pullout couch beds), 2 Full, 9 Twin & 2 Twin Long.
