Lynn’s Way is a vacation rental house in Block Island, Rhode Island. It includes 6+ bedrooms and sleeps 18 people comfortably.

This house is perfect for family reunions, weddings or other functions. There are 2 acres of grounds that includes access to Sands Pond. (great for canoe or kayak). There are pretty distant ocean views from the second and third floors.

First Floor: Comfortable living room with Fireplace, Satellite TV, Wireless Internet, dining room with seating for 16-20, Gourmet Kitchen and Pantry, Two Refrigerators, ovens, stovetops and diswashers, plenty of work space, laundry area, half bathroom and a two room suite that sleeps up to 4. Outdoor shower with sink & changing room. Outdoor BBQ with gas line attached to house, 2 hugh picnic tables.

Second Floor: Two suites with private baths, 3 additional rooms, one full bathroom, sitting area with a door out to the veranda, this floor sleeps up to 10.

Third Floor: 3 cozy rooms with beautiful breezes and views. Sleeps up to 6.

Bedding includes 2 King, 3 Queen, 2 Full, 9 Twin  & 4 Twin Long. (the 2 sets of twin longs can be pushed together for King Sheets)

• House located on Sands Pond just 1/2 from town and main beaches.
  
• House rents Monday-Monday in July & August. .
  
• Move in Time is 3pm.  Checkout time is 10am.
  
• House Fire # is 425, House Phone # is 401.466.8805 .
  
• House Cleaning is mandatory, is arranged for you and averages around $300.
  
• All Fees & Taxes Included in Rent except Cleaning.
