How to Have a Wedding or Event at Lynn's Way
Begin by contacting us to let us know what you are planning. Answering the following questions will help us put together a quote for you.  Keep in mind that we do give discounts for renting more than the minimum of 2 nights as well as for using our in house caterer.

Would you like to come to Block Island to view the property?  When?

Catering
Lynn's Way's in house caterer is Block Island Gourmet.  Of course you are free to contract with any local caterer or bring your own.

Rates

Rates are the same as a regular house rental with the addition of an event fee.  The event fee is based upon how many people will be attending the event and whether or not you will be erecting a tent.  The fee may be discounted if you are renting more than the minimum 2 nights and/or using our in house caterer.  Call or email to discuss your event and ask for a quote.
