Reminder: Tenants are responsible for bringing linens & towels.  Blankets & Pillows are provided.   2 king, 4 queen, 2 full, 7 twin, 2 twin long.

Tenants are responsible for cleaning fees.  The house will be professionally cleaned between 10am-3pm the day you leave. Cleaning Fees plus any outstanding balances, damages or any other agreed upon charges are automatically deducted from your housekeeping/security deposit.  The balance will be returned to you within 1 month of check out.

When your deposit is received, Lynn’s Way will be reserved for you.  Sorry, we no longer hold bookings without a deposit. Delay in sending your deposit may result in the house being booked to another party. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, Lynn’s Way will try to re-rent your time slot and refund your money less a $100 deposit.  If Lynn’s Way cannot re-rent your time slot, you will be responsible for full payment of rent.
